Shiporo’s warehouses are generally open 5 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Hours may vary by holidays.

No, Shiporo no longer supports Section 321 shipping as of August 28, 2025 due to the removal of the deminis. Section 321, let U.S. customers import up to $800 worth of goods daily from Canada without duty fees. This was beneficial for eCommerce retailers sending products to U.S. consumers from Canada.

Yes, Shiporo offers zone skipping, a logistics strategy that consolidates packages to ship them in bulk closer to the final destination, reducing last-mile delivery costs.
Additional fees may apply, such as Fuel Surcharge, DIM Weight, Hazardous Materials, Signature Fee, and Overweight Shipping Pick Charge. We customize plans for each client to avoid unexpected charges.
Shiporo offers transparent storage pricing based on daily space usage. We create custom plans to suit your needs, making all charges clear.
Shiporo doesn’t charge an onboarding fee.
Shiporo’s pricing includes one pick per shipment. Any extra picks are charged per pick per shipment.
No, Shiporo does not charge for setup.
Yes, Shiporo manages returns directly from the Shiporo dashboard. Clients can use the return dashboard to create return labels for their client or choose to have their client pay their own return shipping.

Shiporo integrates with various sales channels including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix as well as multiple carriers including, Canada Post, FedEx & UPS. See the full list of integrations here.

Billing

Shiporo accepts credit cards, bank transfers and e-transfers. For credit card payments, a 3% processing fee is applied.

All invoices will be emailed on a monthly, or biweekly basis (for larger accounts).

Yes, Shiporo has a Dimensional Weight (DIM) surcharge rate, calculated by the package’s volume in relation to its weight using the formula: Length x Width x Height / DIM Factor.
Costs apply to packages over 96 inches in length or 130 inches in length and girth, based on the greater of actual or dimensional weight, with a 90 lb minimum. Packages over 20 lbs need pre-approval.

Shiporo does not ship or store hazardous materials.

Yes, due to fuel market volatility, carriers have added fuel surcharges that are passed on to our clients.

Support

All Shiporo clients get access to their dedicated account manager 24/7 with phone, email and text support as part of the monthly account management fee.

For API support, developers can contact their dedicated account manager who will put them in touch with supporting developers and provide them with related API documentation.

Shiporo is a 100% DTC facility and does not provide any freight services. Shiporo has a list of partners available for clients for any freight requirements.

Follow Shiporo’s receiving guidelines for quick processing. Certain items may incur charges for counting and verification. Inventory must follow the guidelines and be on an approved schedule, accepted only during business hours.
